consultations, and support. The aim is to make it easier for people to access care and manage their health online.

This report contains the results of the survey and will be shared with Healthwatch England, and NHS England and the Department of Health and Social Care as part of their consultation.
Key findings from our survey:
- 51% of people said they would use the online hospital in the future.
- Concerns raised about quality of the service and digital exclusion.
- Overall, people felt online services should supplement existing care rather than replace it.
